i called hrc and they said I may have my pipes backwards, but I fooled around with it today, and they dont seem to work the other way at all.

basically my pipe going from the turbo to the SMIC gets in the way of the air filter and pipe. the photo in the instructions shows the pipe come up and around and joined with a straight joint, but its instead connected via a 90 deg elbow. i asked them about this and they said this was right. but the picture inside the instructions is different, as well as the picture on the front cover. the tech told me it should look like the front picture in the manual, but it is set up just the same as the one inside.

does anyone have pics of their smic setup?

oh yeah, the turbo to IC pipe is not moveable at all, its pushed up against things so its staying where it is. HELP

check out my sig link. then go to my car and look at exterior pictures. that is how mine looked, but i hacked off part off the intake filter pipe because i was using a different filter.

I was having problems with mine too when I got them, but I have a FMIC, plus I have ABS......
So I had to go around that which made it hard because the pipes were made to go down under the fuse box right where my ABS block is.
I we eneded up messing around with them and found a way but still had to cut one pipe and weld it back in a different position or angle.
My intake pipe and filter also are in the way big time.
