I got mine through ARD. it was about $250-280 for the set of 16.

There is a reason the SI valves are so much cheaper. Think about it.

Mike, the DOHC Neon was initially released as a 1996 model, but it actually began assembly in 1994. Many companies vary the way that they denote when production of a vehicle begins. Some, like the machine shop that you spoke of choose to denote the year that they began production as. Others choose the year when the automobile dealer releases it. Therefore, companies will say 94-99 DOHC Neon or 95-99 DOHC Neon. As long as you say the DOHC Neon aroudn those years, you should be cool. For similarity, many argue about the 1G DSMs. They were released as a 1990 model, but they began production of some of the 1990 models in 1989. Therefore, you see people list the 1Gs as 89-94, and others list it as 90-94.

Manley is an old-school muscle-car company. I do not know if they make 420a parts even though they may. Here is their site:

Slight addendum to your Neon history:

'94 first production year only motor available was the SOHC.
'95 first year for the DOHC=our beloved 420A. (I own a '95 Sport with the DOHC)
Up through '99, after which the DOHC was dropped for only SOHC motors.
