460, Electronic Boost Controller- How to's???

Does anyone know a site where I can see how to install a boost controller (BLITZ) single solenoid type is what I have. I got it yesterday. The Blitz timer is hooked up with the aid of some of you guys, but i think this component is alittle more complex.
It has a black box, wiring harness, and a phone jack "believe that" coming out of the controller itself. I guess basically I need to no where the wires hook up. Thanks in advance for any replies.

The "phone jack" should hook up to the wastegate.
