Does anyone have the hahn racecraft fuel instructions, that include what components it comes with, and installation procedures for it?

i think 420avenger has them on his site. or maybe it's another of the ASOG guys. i can't remember what the link is... just search for it on google. can't be too hard to find.

what fuel stuff comes with the kit and how to install it? depends on your kit. if you have a dongle at the end of your fuel rail (passanger side) with stuff coming out of it then you have the "early model" '95 and some '96 fuel system. don't know anything about this. chances are, if you have a '96+ then you're regulator is banjo-bolted to the fuel filter at the rear of the car, passanger side. you need to:

1. run a new fuel line from the tank to the engine bay, it's the metal hose thingy that comes with the kit. you run the line with the rest of the metal lines under the car, easy to find where it's suppose to go.

2. remove the stock FPR. easy.

3. replace the fuel filter with a new one. easy.

4. re-wire the fuel pump with a relay. basically, you take the "+12" volt wire for the stock fuel pump, tap that, and use that to turn on a relay which sends power from a new wire that you run directly from the battery to the fuel pump. DON'T just take the power from the stock pump, you'll be screwed if you do that.

5. if i remember correctly, the new in-line pump goes after the filter and before the threaded sender line. you have to push back the thread thingy from the sender line (the thing that goes directly to the input of your fuel rail) in order to fit on the fuel hose and double clamp it. make sure you clamp everything TIGHT or you'll have leaks everywhere. i found this out the hard way. the clamps that the HRC kit provides aren't that great, and if you overtighten them they will snap and slip to the next unit thingy and gas will leak everywhere. that probably doesn't make any sense.

6. the regulator bolts to the firewall near the MAP sensor. there's an "in" and "out" labeled on the HRC FPR. the "out" goes to the new return line, and the "in" goes to the small "test" port at the end of the stock fuel rail. don't forget to remove the schrideiaasdflusldkfdsafna2wl3kr check valve or whatever it's called which is inside of the valve on the stock fuel rail. there are 2 vacuum ports on top of the FPR, one goes to a bleed valve and the other goes to the intake manifold for a pressure signal. can't remember which one goes to where. always confused me. if you get screwey fuel pressures you'll know to filp them.

that's about all i can think of right now. i'm probably forgetting something.

it is a good idea to rewire the fuel pump, but it's not totally necessary at low fp's(larger injectors) or when using the accel inline.
