Are you talking about the plug that has a vacuum line for the wastegate in its "stock" setup?
You can buy vacuum plugs just for nipples such as these, with a zip tie to secure it.

I found a bolt that had the same bolt patern on it to plug it up.
Jason, I have blown out a couple vaccum line plugs, in order to plug up the hole, I think the problem is that they were getting too hot and weakining the structure and then the boost would fling it out. I would know when one when cause when I would let off the gas from a little boost the blowoff sound would be like "pttapttapttapttapttaptta wooshpitta"
