I hear a lot of turbo guys talk about turbo maintaince.. What on the system do you have to maintain???

First of all, I'm not Turbo yet...couple weeks, but here's what I have gathered about maintenence for turbos:

1) Keeping Fuel pressure where it should be.
2) Oil changes on a strict 2000-3000 mile schedule
3) Constantly monitoring A/F, EGT and Boost levels
4) More wear on gaskets meaning more frequent replacement
5) Letting the car idle/cool down after driving (Turbo Timer)
6) Nothing below 92 octane in the tank
7) More frequent tire replacement (I know, kinda funny, but true)
8) More wear on clutch (and other transmission components)
9) More strict fuel system maintenence
10) More power = more chance of failure in a number of other parts

anyone care to add?
