I know a few of you have had your manifold crack where the bolts go and I'm wondering how you fixed it. Does it weld ok? Are there any other treatments that you guys are using? Is there any way to strengthen it so this won't happen again?

Cast is very unreliable when it comes to welding on it. For the bolt holes, they would be next to be impossible to fix permenately.

What about cryogenics(sp?) or any other method like that? I thought this was a common problem, what are you guys doing about it? Obviously can't really get a hold of Wyatt :P

HA! Well, I bought another manifold from a mike_d. I just don't know what to do with this broken corner manifold.
Would it be worth it to get it treated before this one goes on?
