this guy in ebay is selling one saying:
"This is a NEW TB2568 part# 466409-5002. It comes with a wastegate built in and the hardware to install it nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. This turbo is fast spooling and can support 275hp+. This is an Excellent buy Trust me. You will not find these any cheaper. If you are looking to buy more then one I will sell them for less. The A/R is Comp .48 Turbine .67 They work great on 1.5-2.6 Liter engines. This T25 is bigger then the Eclipse T25. It will flow much more!!"
is this possible?

I believe if you bore out the compressor housing and install a larger wheel and shaft, it becomes a T-28 or Big T-28.
