I was reading the May edition of Import Tunner, and saw the section on 2001 turbo kit buyers guide and gave it a look. In it I had seen the star kit and the hahn kit. The article said that neither one is 50 state smog legal. This may pose a problem to me because I am in the army and could get sent anywhere. Is this a major concern? What states are they not legal in? I am currently in Oklahoma what do you all think?

Probably Cali. They have strict emissions regulations from what I hear.
