Let's say my box is just too big to mount the bottle directly behind the back seats or on the side of the box. I might have a chance between the back of the car and the front of the box, but will the bass affect the bottle or the lines? Otherwise, where's another location to hide the bottle?

I have my bottle mounted just inches from the front of my subs and I haven't had a single problem from the bass. Just make sure to have good solid connections and tighten everything well.
