Does anyone know the jets required for a 100 shot? Also would you think thats the maximum for a fogger system?

For NOS kits 5121 through 5348 it's 46N/30F. Use AF and EGT gauges to tune it properly. I wouldn't run 100 shot on stock internals though, stick with 75.

I think the 100 shot will be fine, after blowing my motor with a 50 shot, Ive installed forged pistons, forged rods, and a complete motor rebuild with all the best stuff. Id like to run more, since i had JE make the pistons especially for Large amounts of NOS, But i dont think a single fogger will work for more than 100, since it will pile up fuel in the first cylinders more than the rest (please correct me if you think i can run more.) so since i have 2 bottles in the back, im going to have a direct port kit custom made for the rear, so I can have a fogger first stage 50 shot, and a 200 shot direct port second stage.

I just saw this post. according to this, the jets go like this:
just go up 2 numbers for each 10hp. Basically: 50hp= 37N & 22F 60hp= 39N & 24F 70hp= 41N & 26F 80hp= 43N & 28F
so that would make 90hp= 45N & 30F 100hp= 47N & 32F
NOt doubting you, just trying to figure out what i need to ger :)
Im also wondering if i should try a 51N & 36F
Im just wondering if i should upgrade my fuel pump for that, or even for the 100??
The other thing i was wondering, was that i heard the A/F gauges have a really narrow range, so all the way Lean during a NOS run, might not be far enough out of spec to hurt the motor.

Basically, but it changes a little... this is what the NOS manual shows-
40 HP 34/18 50 HP 37/22 60 HP 39/24 70 HP 41/26 80 HP 43/28 100 HP 46/30

NO. Start with 50/75/100 shots as a base tuning guide. USe your A/F and EGT gauges to tune the system for a larger shot.

Upgrade the fuel pump for anything over 75 shot. Get a fuel pressure gauge, too, so you can keep an eye on that.

Yeah... you need a digital numerical gauge that reads and displays the voltage of the O2 sensor. Jumpronix makes one and so does Corbin on this board.

Okay, thanks for the answers :)
Now you say after 75 shot, i need to get the bigger fuel pump. NOw ive heard some varying things on the way i should go about that. SOme say that i need to run a retur line and a regulator. others say i need to change the regulator, and others say just another fuel pump. any ideas??

I believe you just need the fuel pump so you can prevent the fuel pressure from dropping and creating a lean a/f ratio causing detonation.

I've been running an 80 shot wet fogger on my stock motor and stock fuel system without problems. The chart I posted previously was according to a Holley tech and only effective for the jetting I listed. I never listed jetting for a 100 shot, nor would I run a 100 shot with just a single fogger. Direct port would be the way to safely run that.
