Someone is gonna sell me a dry kit 40-70 shot for $300 bucks. Brand new. Is this a good deal? If I buy this kit, what else will I need? Gauges, upgrades, stuff like that...

The dry kit will only work on 95 cars with OBD1 fuel systems. If you have 96-99 then you need the wet kit. The ecu in the 96-99 will not compensate for the extra nitrous and needs extra so it wouln't run lean.

I don't know Jack Schitt about Nitrous. I just hate to pass up this deal. Is there a way to get the dry kit to work with 96+ cars? I searched around a couldn't really find the answer. This kit came off a 2002 Lancer BTW.

I think you'd have to swap out the whole fuel system to make it work (which will cost alot more)

If you want to run nitrous summit has a wet kit with bottle warmer for 499.99.

Personally I wouldnt buy a used kit. Just spend 200 bucks more and get it brand new.

I think you could probaly get it to work, you would, in theory, just have to modify the fuel fuel with fuel riser of some type. 300 bux thats a real good deal though i paid 500 for mine and another 100 for the purge (which i could have made myself) Get the kit and see what you have to do to get it to run I say buy first ask questions later when you see a good deal like that.

Just get a new kit and an A/F guage to go along with it. Before instalation do a tune up (plugs, wires, oil, etc.) just to mae sure everything is up to par.

The only dry kit we can have is Venom. Because we have to tap into the injectors. The venom computer pulses each injector when the nitrous is activated.

If you buy this kit you will have to buy the fuel solenoid, fuel jets, fuel solenoid relay, other parts that I don't even know of since I am not a Nitrous guy, etc etc etc. . .
