41447, nitrous express questions Posted by 96TSI AWD, Jun-13-02 06:46 PM
I went to this cruise nights thing at a car store near my house. They had a raffle, where the grand prize was a nitrous express kit. Amazingly, I won it. Supposodly its a wet kit with nozzles for a 25-75 shot. It came with all the parts for installation and a 5lb bottle. Anybody know what this kit retail's for?
Also, any thoughts on using nitrous with the stock 4g63 internals?

My guess would be it retails between 4 and 500 dollars. And I know of a few people here using on stock internals and they stay at about a 50 shot.

My kit retailed at 649.00 and some change. as for the shot you could do a 75 shot i did a 80 right off the bat on stock internals and had no problems but it's up to you. a 50 shot................sissy.

Um, he is talking about a 4G63, AKA boosted. Why push it, this is not an NA 420A. Dont' push too much boost and spray on a stock internaled 4G. I know they are Bad ass engines but I am sure he would like to keep it that way instead of a paper weight.
