I've heard 10 or so good runs at the track. I've also heard that people that eat it up fast like you did will blow their motors first :P

Man one bottle actually lasted about a month. Then one a weekend. All depends I guess.

Depends on how much I sqeeze. Most of the time it's lasts about a week.

I try to only use mine at the track. Running the 75 shot I use 1 pound per quater mile.
