imo... it doesnt matter what year car you have.. use the WET kit.. that way you never have to worry about running to lean when spraying.. a dry kit is technically good for probably around 50shot for the 95's due to the way the fuel system is already setup to run rich at WOT, but i still say get the WET.. and any year can do wet, just may take some tuning to get the right amount of fuel in there when spraying.

i belive one way to tell and makes it easier to install a wet kit is look on the passenger side of your fuel rail. there should be a lil green i belive plastic cap, the nipple is at like a 45 degree angle. take it off and there should be a schrader valve there. in the wet install, thats where youll take the fuel out to be mixed. another way to tell is if your fuel filter is at the rear by your gas tank its a wet kit, if its up in the engine bay, its a dry kit. hope this helps

You can use a wet kit on any car but on the 95's and some 96 they have a fpr mounted on the fuel rail with a fuel retrn line which makes it easier to hook up a dry kit. It's not just because the 95's run rich at wot that it supplys enough fuel. The dry kit boosts your fuel pressure to add the extra fuel from your injectors instead of mixing it with the shot of nitrous. With everything stock you should be able to run a 75 shot on a dry kit with no problems. I have for a while now.

although you cannot run a dry shot on some 96's and all 97-99's

Well you can run a dry kit on 97 - 99's but you would have to change your fuel setup, like the fuel rail and running return line, making it not cost worthy.
