I have a stage 3 turbo from hahn and want to get like a 75 shot or bigger to help with lag. What shot is safe or even possible. Also, I have forged pistons and rods that come with the kit. and I might be purchasing titanium valves and springs. Should I change them or not worry about it. Well I need to change anything else from boosting and nitrous at the same time?

an off topic question, how much did stage III run, does it come with all the neccesary internals?

well...If i remember correctly it was 5500 and some change. It came with rods and pistons. That is all the neccesary internals need to boost through stage 5... Other then that an aftermarket clutch if you consider that internal part was needed and does not come with kit.

thanks clipse, i wonder how much it would be without the pistons and rods, i was thinkin of gettin stage III and the howell bottom end kit.

hahn kits come with everything needed to make a stock car run that kit, if you are stock, and buy stage 5, boom it comes with everything needed

Actually no, hahn kits dont really come with everything needed.... lets say you have a performance clutch and you buy a stage 5....then yeah "boom" there goes your axle. plus youll have to get new defferential and other random parts. But its going to run you a pretty penny on top of the 7500 dollar turbo kit. But, stage 3 does come with everything needed...I think stage 4 you can get by on the stock axles but a boost controller is needed.

Stages 4 and 5 are way more expensive that the cost from Hahn. I know first hand. :(

the internal parts they sell are like 1250...so i guess just subtract that. the turbo well be like $3449... And then upgrade your fuel system to run a higher boost. Or just wait for hahn to get the bugs straighten out with stage 3 and start selling the package again.
