Yes. It's awesome. Get it.

The Safc can monitor your vac (map sensor output) try it out with the HRC fuel cut defencer first, and check out the range of voltages you get. Then cut that thing out of your system, install the missing link, and be amazed at how much more range you have on your MAP sensor! I had a 20% increase in range, from both sides of the spectrum. :thumbsup

What is this hrc fuel cut defencer that you are talking about? Is that something you got with your turbo kit or what? I bought my stage two hrc kit last spring and didnt get one of those with mine should I have? Right know with just the key turned on at WOT I get 78% for throttle on my SAFC. So you are saying that it will work? Thanks for the reply!:thumbsup

the hrc mapper has two wires i believe which tap into your map sensor, and change the voltage etc. and yes the missing link works fine with the super afc. i got it on ...

I'm running a S-AFC with the Missing Link too. Works fine for me.

Hey Superboost! If you want your SAFC to read 100% throttle at WOT, turn the key to the ON position but do not start the car, and hold the gas at WOT. The SAFC % will slowly rise to 100%.

i have all 3. AFC, FCD, and the missing link. my missing link gives me fuel cut right between vacuum and boost but not in boost, so i played around with it for a while and couldn't find anything wrong with it. i put the FCD back on, and my transistion between vacuum and boost is really smooth. i'm not really using my AFC to do much of anything (guess you could say i don't really need it) but i plan on using it to fine tune my new fuel setup. don't want to go crazy with it, i don't like the idea of advancing timing to something insane like 40 degrees or anything like that.

yeah, good tip!

altho, actually i was talking about looking at the MAP (ie Pressure/Vac on the SAFC) voltage. thats where you'll see the big differences between missing link and FCD.

This is the FCD that came with the HRC kit, it taps into the MAP sensor wires:

anyone experienced a second or two of fuel cut then wam, instant woop ace?? if i down shift to run someone on the highway and shift into gears hard i get a second of fuel cut then its like hitting a nitrous switch, it just goes...i am wondering if the check valve isnt' responding instantly like it should and the ecu is jsut getting rid of fuel b/c of it...i still have my fuel cut defenser i got w/ my star kit, i wonder if i should run both...wouldn't hurt anything i guess, more of just a safe guard..are there a lot of guys running both??
