I was just wondering what kind of fuel pump I should get with my custom turbo kit. Is the walbro what comes with the HRC kits? I know walbro is known for noisy pumps, and I know that the HRC pump is noisy too. I just watched a video that was a ride-along in a 99 GS w/ an HRC stage 2, and the fuel pump was very loud, which is something I want to stay away from. What fuel pump would be good quality, but quieter? Thanks.

I installed a Holley 255lph HP intank fuel pump today and I'm very satified. Installation was a breeze and the pump is very quiet for a forced induction style pump.

The HRC fuel pump sits out side of the fuel cell on the passenger side making it much more noisier than an in tank pump. An in tank pump should be much quieter than the HRC pump. I believe it is an Accel fuel pump but not sure. Some people run the walbro in tank pump to help quiet down the HRC external pump.
