LIke the topic says, after a rebuild, did you guys leave the turbo on and just try to stay out of boost? go back to NA? or just disconnect the wastegate to prevent boost?

I just took out my boost controller. Ran 5 lbs for about 3000 miles.

You can stay turbo. Atfer rebuilding motors on 4G63's, SR20's and 2JZ's, they all run turbos and nohing happens. Just keep the boost down.

I disconnected my wastegate. Couldn't rev to proper RPMs for hard breakin on my ATX without going into high boost.
