39091, Going turbo but is..

Hey, I am going to be going turbo, probably start out at stage one but might go stage 2. I currently run the wet NOS kit and was wondering if I got the turbo would it still be safe to run the old 75 shot? Seems like I lot of power on the stock internals. Reason I ask is if I have to remove the NOS I would become slower than I was with it. What you guys think?

Boost and nitrous would definitely be too much for the stock internals. at 5psi intercooled, you should be about as fast as with the 75-shot, maybe a little faster. nitrous is rated at the flywheel, not wheel HP. you might wanna hang onto the kit for when you rebuild if you go turbo, then you can use it.

Drop it down to under a 50 shot and you could probably spool like a T25 and then turn off the Nitrous after the turbo spools unless you are risy like I would be with that setup.

Yah that will be awsome idea but it is a lil risky. On stock internals spraying like a 40shot to spool up turbo on 1st gear and then turn it off and just go turbo will take off some time of the slip but it will be risky as hell. Unless u may wanna go with the TTI head gasket wich supposedly suppose to let you boost more.
