with a custom set up running 5-7 psi, do i need to run a fuel return line back to tank?
also, is the t-25 water cooled in addition to being oil cooled also?

yes if you are going to be using a vortech you need to run a return line to the tank .
Also the T-25 does have water coolant also :)

You'll need a return line with any aftermarket regulator you run.
