I am looking for a place that has good prices on silicon reducer hoses in a 2 1/2" - 2" and also 2 1/2" -3" if anybody knows a good place to order these from for a decent price please let me know.

Thermal Flex. Works really really damn good. Kinda pricey, but its a 1 time fix, I used to replace other brands all the time, these though have held up through a lot of abuse.

Yuo can order whatever you want direct from them, at the time I knew a salesperson there, I believe you can still order direct. They produce the silicone for turbonetics and a lot of other big names.
