I'm very happy with my custom manifold from Motofool (Got Tude Automotive) so I'm posting pics. He's very trustworthy and a great business man. I also purchased an oil line kit from him and it's of great quality. Thanks Motofool for contributing to the 2GNT do-it-yourselfer mechanic. Those going the custom turbo route will be very satisfied with these products. I'll post more pics when the project is complete.

I like how far over the turbo sits, it's between port 3 and 4. :D

Hey, those look pretty nice. What could I do to get them to be all one color? I'm sure after it's on the car for a while it will darken up and everything, but could I get it powdercoated? Would the powdercoating hold up to the heat or not? Hey Motofool, I sould be buying one here soon. Gotta get my car runnin a little better first though.

And by the way, what's with the dragons on your website? Man, u need to get a seperate website if you are serious about selling car stuff. Just my opinion. But it isn't going to stop me from buying one!

You can't powdercoat it. You can either ceramic coat or copper coat it. Ceramic coating is often very expensive but looks great and shiney! Copper coating is free and is copper colored until you drive a few hours, then it's dark brown/black and stays that way. That's what I'll be doing most likely.

Do you have any pics of what the copper coating looks like after a while? What will it look like without the copper coating, after I drive it? How is the copper coating free? Thanks for answering all my questions!

It looks black. ;-) Seriously, though... it looks close to the original color of a new turbine housing (see my turbo above, it's new).

Well, after a while you will start to see rust on your manifold and turbine housing.

>How is the copper coating free?

Go to Autozone and buy "copper gasket spray". It's applied like paint and takes awhile to dry like paint. Here's a pic:
