You live in California. No.
No turbokit will pass in CA unless the stupid laws change.
Pass the sniffer test? Sure, no problem. Visual, no way. Most shops won't pass you with an aftermarket intake with CARB stickers.
Only options are to pay someone off, or take off the kit for inspection.
