It seems like when ever my car sits out side and it is below freezing my Fmu doesnt work. What could be causing this? It got really lean today, hopefully I didnt hurt anything. Can I relocate it to the engine compartment??TIA its a 97 gs 5 speed

Since fuel doesn't freeze, I don't see how the cold weather would affect anything. Maybe your fuel lines themselves contract when it's colder???

Isn't it already in the engine bay???

97-99's have the FMU back nexr to the rear passenger side wheel, where the stock fuel filter is. it can be relocated, just running different hoses.
