Read this post for some ideas on possible causes:

http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=8&topic_id=37668&mesg_id=37668&page=

It may talk about fuel pressures in the beginning but by the end it lists some other possible causes like (and some more ideas to consider):

Fuel Pressures set correctly
Spark Plug Type and Gap
Spark Plug Wires
MAP sensor (fuel cut)
Intercooler Clamp Connections
BOV settings

Also, you don't give much depth into your problem. The more info the better as an accurate suggestion could be made. For example, are you seeing any boost? Does it only see a few pounds of boost? Does the car experience fuel cut once it approaches 0 vac? What kit do you have? etc.

If you're just starting to spool at 4000+ RPM you prolly have a boost leak. Check all your hose clamps, intercooler piping, and vacuum lines. Post more details- fuel pressure? vacuum at idle?

Ahhh using me for an example eh. Well my problem was that the fuel presure under boost was not tuned right it was set at 60psi so I turn it up to about 65-70psi I still don't know if this is right but I took it for a ride and I got 8lbs on the dot my transmission shifts to another gear and that boost gauge doesn't move a bit it just stays at 8lbs. The bad thing is I don't know how to tune the A/F gauge right. I also need to tighten up my Throttle cable up for better response but the second nut will not move a bit.
