What was the fuel pressure at when cranking? If you dont have a fuel pressure gauge, then get one ASAP! What FPR are you using? How is it hooked up? Need more info.

I only know about the install for a late model (96+) fuel setup. Make sure you are using rubber hose that is listed as Fuel Injection hose as these are pressure rated. Busting a fuel hose or a fuel leak while driving is very dangerous.
As for your fuel pressure, here are a few ideas:
Is your fuel pump wiring/relay hooked up correctly?
Do you hear the aux. pump running?
Are you connected correctly to the fuel pump (I believe the pump flows towards the wire connections: INLET is the side opposite the wiring terminals, OUTLET is the side with the wiring terminals)?
Did you remove the shrader check valve from the fuel rail?
Is the rubber fuel line running from the fuel rail to the cartech going to the IN port on the cartech?
The return line to the tank hooked to the "OUT" on the cartech?
Hope this helps, Kurt
