yes it will. i'm using one that was originally meant for a 1st gen turbo eclipse also it came with a greddy tt and i have the hks. it should work fine. are you picking up a new turbo timer?

I have the apexi turbo timer with the hks harness for the 95-99 gst. No problem just plug-n-play!!
