I need to buy a new pcv valve every few months it seems like. It starts to leak a little oil every now and then. Does anyone else have this happen to them? I know greg had a double pcv valve thing rigged up on his car.

Where does it leak from? If it is leaking from the thing getting a crack... Then I am lost. What I found to fix my leak up there problem was change from them dumb pressure clamps to worm clamps.. That solved that.

Well I know that a PCV valve will always leak pressure, esp under boost, as its not really a true "check" valve. So that really is normal. I believ Dino had mentioned to me once that he uses a brake booster vacum resovoir check valve, that will completely cut off any pressure leakage through the PCV under boost. This may help the PCV valve last much longer IMO.

Dave I capped off my PCV system from the intake manifold all together now. It looked like shit and I get a ton less oil in the catch can with it all pluged up (intake mani). I have the valve cover vented in 2 spots now (Old PCV hole and breather filter hole) and they both go to my catch can. I sugguest you do the same.
