36252, ECU Code problem
Posted by mitifto, Dec-19-02 04:15 PM
I use my snap on computer on my eclipse and the code p10108 comes up. The codes means that to much voltage is flowing from the o2 sensor. I clear the code and it comes back later. Is their a fix for this. Thanx

well you might have a short between the signal wire and the voltage input wire, or your running sooooooooooo rich that its causing problems with the ECU

Your gonna have to hook a voltmeter up to the signal wire at the ECU (white wire with black stripe) and check voltage at idle and Wide open throttle

it should be from 0-1.2vdc max, if its 5 vdc or so you have a short between the input voltage wire (the one for the heater part of the o2 sensor and the signal wire)

Your O2 sensor is shot. Replace it.
