On their site they say if you have CIA or headers you have to remove them in order to use their kit, just wondering if their kit came with CIA and headers or what.If not can you upgrade your intake and headers once you have the kit on? thanks.

no, because you have to have a modified header for the turbo set up.

cai dont fit because u now have to have the intake connected to the turbo and not the trottlebody

Not necissarily, you can use headers with a turbo and it does help, but yes, you have to get them custom made, and no you cannot use headers for our stock car. Also, you can't use a standard CAI that you can buy for our car, but you can fabricate one that attaches to the compressor inlet and pulls air from cooler areas of the engine bay.
