Thought E-Trim, which I have and a lot of people on here have, is a different trim then regular Star trim.

There is a b trim and an e trim as options for this kit.
the T04B is a v1/v2 and the T04E is a 40.
This is what was listed when I bought mine in jan 2001.

i have the standard t3/t4 so i guess it is a b trim. it looks bigger than 40, but i may be wrong. So is the b a 50 trim

T3 50 trim turbine
All my info is from the owner of Turbochargers.com whom i met at the local track a few months ago. I got to asking him about my turbo, and he told me that the 46 trim compresor will not fit in a standard e-trim housing, and that the wheel was most likely a 40 trim. he said that the T3 turbine used most for the T3/T4 hybrids was a 50 trim wheel.
