2500-3000 miles, depending on the season. I change the oil sooner during race season in the summer with 10w40, and during the winter months, every 3000 miles with 10w30 with a Lucas oil stabilizer.

Change oil as often as you can. I wish I owned mobil 1, hehe, i'd change oil every day.

By the way, keep an eye out on K-Mart...every month they have a special on Mobil 1 synthetic oil 6-pack cases for 11$ a case!

lucky me i work weekends at an oil change place that carries mobil 1 and lucas oil stabilizer along with slick 50 and all the good stuff my car needs to be a growing girl.

There isnt any specific day that k-mark does these deals. I think it is usually at the end of the month on a weekend but its been kinda random. I've gotten this deal twice but i dont go there very often.
Walmart also has 5-gallon jugs of mobil 1 synthetic for real cheap too.
