3517, i need help from the S-AFC gurus!!!

i have some questions... i was playing with the S-AFC and finally got to get around it a little better, example my voltage would read .030 when i was under load, during my 2nd 3rd and 4th gears.. i finally got the 2nd and 3rd to hit .917 which its a hell of alot better, and man i can deffinitly feel the umph on 2nd and 3rd gears now... but the problem remains on 4th gear at about 3500 rpms... it just flattens again back to .030 meaning that im not feeding it jack shit for gas... now, before i got back, i did a final adjustment but couldnt do the test cause i was in a restricted speed area... but i realized that i had my low setting at +15% and i was still leaning out on 4th gear... soo i went up to the +30% and im hoping that it will fix it... what do you guys suggest? also, should i have my LO settings identical to the HI settings? and last but not least, my throttle point is LO 10 HI 50 is that accurate, or is there a better way? thanks in advance
