wazzup guys I was wondering about what size stock are the 99 or 2000 ford lightning 5.4 supercharged injectors. the reason i asked is because they sell them at autozone for $60 dollars a piece. I'v been searching the archives and searched a couple of other websites and found nothing. I remember someone posting that the ford lightning came stock with 40lb injectors. can anyone give this info or know of a website i might find this info. I gotta get bigger injectors to boost higher cause these 30lb injectors that I have are only good for 11 lbs of boost. another ? is you guys that are running 415cc injectors and up without a S-AFC do you still get the same gas miles. I have the vortech S-FMU ( )

Call the Ford dealer and speak with the parts department.

The size of the injectors are 42#. They are also high impedence, saturated, bosch type injectors. This is straight from a lightning owner at Little Rock Racing Scene.
Sounds like you found a winner for us to use. I plan on checking with a local ford dealer and see how much they want for each/set of 8. Little Rock Racing Scene is setup with a major ford dealer to get 10% over cost.

The Ford Racing Performance Parts # is M-9593-F302 (42lb Injector Kit) Of course, that comes with 8 of them. You could find another DSM bretheren to pick up half the tab with you. I have done quite a bit of business with BB&T Racing in Southaven, MS. Their ad in this mag I just picked up says $369 for the set.
This is a cut&paste from a reply from one of our lightning guys at LRRS.
That is $185 for a set of 4 injectors(42#).
