Search for this I think you can find a few posts.
You have to make a post on how to do something ghetto? Why not just get Kyle over, the king of ghetto :)

Here is mine. Its a vitamin C bottle painted black. I got a breather filter and drilled a hole for it to fit onto the bottle cap. Got the breather at Autozone for around 10 bucks. Then i just drilled a hole into the side of it for the line coming from the valvecover. Works great, and I'm staying healthy at the same time :P
