32418, Turbo from a 2.2 - possible?? Posted by techboy, Oct-09-02 11:10 AM Like many other guys on this board, I am saving to go turbo and of course that is all I am ever thinking about. Anyway, I am flipping through my local paper tonight and I see this guy advertising a Chrysler Lebaron 2.2 turbo for $200 (no clutch). So I start thinking about the 2.2 and I am wondering if anyone knows if the turbo system off an '87 2.2 is adaptable to our 2.0. So ... am I asking the dumbest question ever, or would something like this be possible? If so, would I need anything else to make it work that you can think of. If so, I'll buy the whole car, and then junk it. | |

The 420A is a new design. It didn't turn up until like late 94 or somewhere around there. Sorry man, but it was worth a try. | |
