Posted by Tommyboy, Oct-04-02 06:37 AM
Wazzup guys I work at AutoZone here in SoCali I was bored yesterday so I was looking at the fuel pumps in the back of the store and I found a good external one part #E8002 this pump flows 40GPH at 100psi and the cost of the pump is $75dollars with my autozone discount it probably cost like 60bucks. not bad I've found another pump for 80 dollars part # E2182 this pump flows 50GPH at 100psi I like the

E8002 pump better because on the pump it says max 125PSI. if anyone has the airtex Part # maybe I can cross reference it. I have the flow rating # in the book at autozone ,any autozones should stock these two pumps latz guys

ok guys I've found the best fuel pump at the best price at autozone it is external flows 45GPH at 110psi, max psi is 125 it says it on the pump. The fuel pump is stocked at autozone and the part #is E8305 the price of the pump is $80.00 plus i get a 20% discount so the pump would run about $67.00 not bad huh. I think this pump will flow even more is connected straight to the battery. these flow ratings are based on a 12v charge it will flow more as voltage increases. The reason I wanna get another pump is because I'm not sure if i got the High flowing wallbro in my tank. because i'm having the same problems of high EGT in 3rd gear and I run 30lb injectors. I'm having the same problems as that other guy HIONPSi. my exhaust is not hooked up I just run a down pipe with the first 02sensor hooked up. is it bad not too have it hooked up because Of the second 02 sensor. and is this why my egt are high in 3rd gear because, the second o2sensor is not reading anything. ohh yeah I forgot to mention that if your fuel pump relay goes out you can use relay mr76 which only cost 10bucks at autozone I 'm using one right now and have been for about 2months. cause the stock fuel pump relay for our cars run about 50bucks. If anyone can give me the part # on their airtex fuel pump I can research how much it flows and I can cross reference that pump ()

hmm not sure I see some goofy number on the instructions:
X93253
AP 7-99

haha I don't think that it, it would have been on the box but erm... I threw it away!
