Well with several porsche and one mercedes engine with defaced vins and an illegal 9mm firearm he's gonna need Jonny Cochran to get off scott free. To my knowlege he's only being charged with posesion of stolen property (with a max of 4yrs in prison). he's out on bond presently. This would be a sad story to the import world especially with his big sponsorship. This of course isn't the first incident of stolen parts (There have been a few if not more cases of honda racers with known stolen engines in their racer. all those VTECs weren't coming from Japan after all. Hondas aren't the leading stolen foreign car for nothing). Here's some links to the story (one might be the same as above.
