Next month i am building a block with the howell bottom end kit at 9.6:1 comp and installing a Ner stage 3b turbo kit. Is there anything else I would need to run 12-15 psi safely? TIA

The stage 3 kit comes with 550cc injectors and an s-afc.

Everything in the stage 3 kit should be sufficient, and necessary to run 12-15 psi. You will need to purchase an after market ignition, such as the MSD or Crane with a timing retard module. Many guys have successfully boost over 10 psi without any timing retard, but I personally don't recommend it. Sooner or later, something bad is going to happen.
