These are goods questions. I was thinking of getting the oil temp gauge too, so if anyone has ever done one, please help.

you guys need to run this off of your turbo line. I used a fuel block from earls and run the stock oil sender in one end,a 0-100 local pressure guage in the other,a line from the block,a line to the turbo and 2 more ports one for the oil pressure sendind unit and one for oil temp probe. Its a simple setup. It costs around 100 bucks. uses 2 4 an lines. late mike

$100, geeze, lil to much for me.

someone on here said they tapped the pan for theres. that seems the cheapest route...

is there a tee that will fit the stock oil pressure sensor on one side, the hahn T on the block side, and the autometer prob on the 3rd side? anyone have the measurements for those 3 items? or any of them?

stock temp guage is 3/8 npt
pressure guage is 1/4 npt
and the hahn stuff is 3/8 npt to a 3an compression fitting. By asking for all of this you have just asked for what i posted about earlier. late mike

so, they sell a block like this:

http://www.asog.net/phantom/pics/SigsGraphics/oiltee.bmp

is that the correct layout for whats needed?

or do they sell a smaller T that i could just screw into the Hahn T, that would just have 1 male 3/8 npt, 1 femals 1/4 npt, and 1 female 3/8 npt?

thanks for your help

its earls fitting. one 1/8 ntp
four 1/2 ntp
one 3/8 ntp
its a fuel block. your looking at over 100 bucks bud. The lines are around 20 a piece. the block is 10 bucks and the guages are around 110 for both.late mike

makes no sense... alls i need to do is add a single probe for a gauge. why would anyone spend over $100 to add a single $40 gauge. I understand you spent over $100 for your setup, but it doesnt apply here. everything is already run, alls i need to do is add a single probe, if anything, alls i need is a simple T. thats what i was asking, i dont NEED your $100 setup. just a simple T that goes into the Hahn T on one side, the probe on another, and the stock oil pressure sensor on the other side.

so, with that cleared up, does anyone know if earles has a t w/ a 3/8npt male side, 3/8 female side, and 1/4 female npt side?

I had a bung/nut welded in to the pan directly below where the ac compressor sits close to the bottom of the pan. I think the pan is too thin to tap. has to be welded up.

Easy bro your the one asking all the size questions. It doesnt make sense to me. 100 dollars isnt much to me. You turbo'd your car right? well having a temp and pressure guage enroute to the the turbo sounds like a good investment to me. Try to find this stuff cheaper and another thing i wasnt trying to sell you my setup. I was mearly explaining what you need. late mike

i understand that, but i think you misunderstood what i need. i already have everything. i just need to put the temp probe in.

alls i need is to add one single probe. i have everything else i need.

i dont need to spend $100 to add some distrib. block with 30 outputs.

a $10 tee will do the job. so will spending $10 to just weld the bung in the oil pan. i asked the sizes so i know which Tee to get

$100 isnt a lot, but its 10 times more than is needed in this case ;)

thanks for the replies tho.
