NO. They are mitsubishi turbos. Star uses a garrett flange.

Call HRC and ask for flow ratings on the s25g. Then call Turbonetics and ask for and an equivelent.

Since the star manifold is meant for the big turbine housing, there is enough room to have an adapter made to bolt a mitsu turbo to the garrett flange. A machine shop would prob have to make it for you. I have heard that a t3/t04 w/ standard trim out flows a 20g, so assuming that is correct (it may not be), I would think that a straight up t4 could flow as much as a 25g. Just my little hypothesis, anyone have any real #'s ?

if I had to guess, I would say a T60-1 or a to4S or something of that size. HRC isn't allowd to share flow charts or that kind of stuff about the S25 yet. the turbo is too new.

Actually, you could since the HRC S16g doesn't use your typical mitsu flange. It uses a four bolt flange that mimicks the T03 Garrett flange.
I believe it will bolt up without positively being able to confirm that though.

I was gonna save money going through star now, but looked to the long run and thought, 9 second neon with s25g, wonder if that would mount up, so if I EVER got that far, I could bolt the turbo. Hmmm hahn wont share flow charts eh? oh well, you think they would tell me what size turbo would be equal....(sort of sharing flow if they tell me the turbo, or at least one near the s25).
Also has anyone seen that neon in PERSON, reading about it on the site, and seeing it's a four anger pushing 750 horses makes me get this happy feeling inside.

well, if you want a turbo to support 750 hp, you might want to go the direct route and get a turbo builder (like forced performance) to make you a turbo that uses the t3 flange with a much larger compressor (like a TS04). or, you could just get the flange cut off, and weld on a flange to fit a pre made huge turbo like that, or a t66, or a T60 or something in that league. whatever you do, it shoudln't be too hard to modify the exhaust flange fi need be to fit a larger turbocharger of whatever genre ;-). I would like to see some more big hp drag 420A's running around. it gives me confidence and makes me feel like i am acutally doing something right :-P

Why we're at it why don't we just use a T04R, a T-72, and wait until 6K rpm for boost to hit.
