Okay guys...I know I have installed a Supra Fuel pump on other cars but not yet a 420a So has anyone done it and any poonters so I can save the headaches

you will have to modify the pump mount to fit the supra pump. DSM pumps are smaller sized than the high end import pumps (i.e. rx-7/supra/300zx/skyline/vr-4/etc).

The Supra TT fuel pump easily fits into the 2G fuel pump assembly. You only need to drill a couple of holes in order to fit the Supra pump. The Supra pump is actually a Denso unit so it flows pretty well.

supra pumps are usu. sold used for around 150 bucks.
