the vac line comes from the top and gose to the side of the turbo for a stage 1 star kit.and where should i tee into a vac line i nlw at the intake man. but the tube that i wiould tap into looks to big for the tee to fit into .?

Proof read ;) Anyways just "t" into one of the 3 lines that come out of that triple nipple on the back of the intake manifold. If the "t" is too small then use a different vac line. One of them should fit. Or get a diiferent "t" that has one end smaller/bigger.

so the waste gate ,on the top put a elbo and take the tube from thier to the manifold or the side of the turbo where the hole is now?

Do not use the top port on the wastegate. Use the one on the side and run a vac line to the manifold.

the fitting on the top of the wg is for a boost controller
