I am just wondering how this kit looks from the engine bay,ie. intercooler pipes, manifold, turbo, ect. Also how does the front mount look ? Any pics would be appreciated

Since there isn't a good pic of it - The front mount is absolutely stuffed into the mouth of the car. I saw it on cved's, and I guess it's gonna be shorter by about 2" on both sides. I think it would look really good if that 2" plastic thing on the top of the mouth was cut off first.

it looks badass... i been helpin a fellow 2gntR install his 1f kit the past cuple nights...

i sat and stared at the exhaust mani for a good hour cuz it lookd so schweeeeet...

cuple probs here and there, but that's what moddin is all about

im sure he will post a bunch of pix when all is said and done

The kit looks great, I just received my Stage 2 on Mon. I should be up and boosting next week, I'll let everyone know how it goes.

wow cool I like the placement of the delta gate. right in the center. SO the turbo gets put in the center. Boy that downpipe gets mighty close to the radiator hose and compressor there. They should wrap the downpipe or the radiator hose. Heatshield ne1?

Actually it is supoed to come with a sheild for the radiator hose. That was cveds test car so they prolly didnt put it on. Shaun said that it would be ok without the sheild but he was going to throw one in just in case.

The equal-length manifold is REALLY cool looking. The pictures don't do it justice. I want one. But there's still no tests, dyno or otherwise, to tell how well it performs... just have to wait for them.

Why does it sit so damn high in the bumper :wary ?

Its mean as hell but looks kinda goofy that high.

the reason it is sitting so high is because the ic was so damn big.. that it was really the only place that it could fit, w/o major bumper cutting... i already had to cut the hell out of it just to get it to fit.. this is also why shaun decided to take off 2inches from each side, so that fitment was better. this fmic was shauns prototype from a while back and its fuggin HUGE!

eventually i will have the ic fitted to fill the gap.. but that is down the road a ways, b/c i have too many projects that need to be finished.

looks cool... it would look much better with the fog lights back in.. but when i was looking at the pixs it seems like the coolant overflow tank cap is open, and either its low on coolant or its just pure water...

haha.. there is zero room for fogs.. maybe i could squeeze some aftermarkets in there.. but i think i will make the sacrafice of no fogs for the fmic :).. and very observant of you.. the overflow tank has nothing in it... it has a leak in the bottom where it latches onto to the thing holding it into place.. amazingly enough, my car has had zero overheating problems (and i live in 100+ degree wether). i really need to get a new one.. tried using jb weld and no sucess.

you live in so cal right dude? im near knotts/disneyland 562 area... i wish i could have made it to the SD meet but i was busy/too far for me...i would like to check out this kit one day..hope we got a SO Cal meet in a couple months or something...

I had the same problem with my overflow tank. The think you put it on cut into the tank and all the fluid would drain out. I rode around like that for a while before i noticed it and also no overheating. Got me a new one tho. Hopefully my kit will be here soon.

How much hp does the ner kits make

OMG try to get that to fit on a Sinsei bumper :P Hmm I noticed in that one pic that the oil feed line went through the front. I had mine like that b4 and changed it so it run towards the back of the turbo cuz it was rubbin up on some stuff under the car and looked like it would get cut eventually. Just a little word of warning.
