I really don't like how the star stage 2 oil return line leaves the turbo. You know the metal pipe and the rubber hose. Is there a kit or pieces the you recommend to redo the whole thing? Thanx

what part do you not like about it?

Mine has lasted my for nearly two years of hard driving with minimal problems. it's always had two or three small oil threads on it that would indicate a leak, but has never lost a signifigant amount of oil (except for the one time i forgot to put a gasket on it..)

The only thing better is to weld a plate unto the oil pan, drill it and tap it for a 10AN fitting, and run a braided line up to the turbo.

Thanx DarkOne. Thats what I wanted to here. I've built a few engines in the past including a Can-Am race engine with everything braided lines and a NA 2200cc b20 volvo engine. That was a fun project. Thanx for the help.

I agree that the STAR oil return system isn't the greatest, but i'd rather not send an amature off tearing into it. Since you seem to know what you're about, that is the way i'd go - replace it all with braided line. I'm just cheap and lazy, so 6' of high temp heater hose is a perfect investment :-)
