Well I blew the damn clutch. I have been running 15 psi on my car for 5 days and the stock clutch just couldnt handle it. I tuned the car tonight with the datalogger. it was pulling so damn hard!!!!! But about 10 minutes before the clutch blew I was on my way to a gas station to get gas. I was driving fast on the way there and I had trouble geting it into gear. it just wouldnt go into gear without a fight. So when i put in gas I let it cool off for like 20 minutes. Then on thew way back i raced the 1G eclipse. He is my friend and he is running a red on his 1g that ran a 13.0 in the 1/4 mile on a 14b. So its a fast ass car. I was pulling on his ass with a tuned 15 psi!!!! But at 15 psi tuned my clutch didnt agree with me and blew up. My pedal got really hard to push in and the car would barley move. I hadf to leave it at the place where we meet up. Its is the fucking walmart parkiong lot right now. I am going to pick it up in the morning and then i need to order a new clutch. I was thinking of getting a clutch m,aster stage 2 so i could save a little money. I am really broke right now so I can only afford a stage 2 I think. Do you think a stage 2 will hold up for me??? I hope it does!!!! By the way I am realy drunk right now. After the meeting we all went out and got drunk. I am going to pick my car up tomorrow. But tghe good thing is I was pulling on a new GT mustang with a NOS shot on it today!!!!!!

I learned one thing tonight....... If you are running 15 psi on a nicely tuned GS with turbo your clutch will not last !!!!!!!!!!

Well I think I am going with the stage 4. Its not too much more $$ than the stage 2 anyway.

The stage 4 rocks, great clutch. You will love it, and it will handle any amount of power you can put to it.

Told ya stock wouldn't last long Dave.... but hey it lasted longer then mine considering I only ran like 6 psi for like 8 months then once I ran at the track at 8 psi clutch said screw u hippie. Lemme know how much Stage 4 cause Im not sure which clutch Im going w/ since I dont plan on modding my car anymore.

it is kid of funny that our clutches started getting jacked around the same time. mine still holds. only puts 117 HP to the wheels. so i'm gonna drive like a sissy until payday and then get the stage 4. pobably put it on in couple of weeks.

Wll I kinda broke mine because I am an idiot. I new it was going bad becasue i couldnt get it into gear easily yesterday night. But I still raced my car and it blew up. It never started slipping it just stoped working. I think the disc shattered. We will see. I am ordering mine from ARD in Texas. They have good deals on the stage 4's.

You think your engine pulled hard with a stock clutch? Just wait till after you break in the cm stg 4. You will be amazed at the gripping power it puts down. You will probably think something is wrong, as it tends to throw your engine and tranny around in the engine bay pretty hard.

My stage 1 feels indestructible at 10psi right now..even though i don't know how long that'd last.

Thast getting me all excited!!!! I cant wait till its on. I am going to try and do it this saturday.

I agree with Brad. With the Stage IV the thing damn thing just grabs in each gear hard. Feels a lot faster.
