Like the title says, the cheapest I have found is $490 at Road Race if anyone has seen anything cheaper please reply. I am looking for the 3" Gst version not the non-turbo version.

I have good news: $479 from horsepowerfreaks.com. I looked everywhere to find the best price when I got my new catback and they were the lowest on it, too.
