u have to take the turbo off then put it back on after a rebuild are u kidding

Why'd even take it off? That's just more work..
Just take it easy, don't boost the crap out of it, use regular oil for 1500 miles, do a compression test just for reference, then tear it up ;-)

I didnt boost for like 300 miles. I didnt even go over 3000 rpm for 300 miles. Then at about 400 miles i was boosting like 2-3 psi and I would let off. Then at 500 miles I was running 6 psi. Then at 800 miles i turned it up to 8 psi. And finally at 1500 miles I turned it to 15 psi.
