That is definately more than I get. You may want to check and make sure that your pcv valve is functioning properly. If it isnt working right, then when the car goes into boost, the pressure from the intake mani gets fed into your breather and can get blown out the other end resulting in large amounts of blow-by.

imo that is ALOT for one run. DEFINITELY do a compression check. that almost looks like enuf to overflow out the top of a catchcan...

Well I checked the "check" valve, its ok, and Im going to do another compression test tonight. I think I might be getting blow by on my pistons. When I did the compression check last week it was OK, but who know's now. My car has 92K on it and I did drive it hard. In either case I already started looking for a new used engine. I don't want to rebuild it, cause Im getting rid of this car next year(or sooner). I live in north Idaho and need a 4wd car. Lancer is out this Feb...so perhaps that or mabey the subaru wagon wrx? Whichever has the cheapest insurence I guess.
Total price on this kit is right at about 1500 bucks. Non intercooled. I bet I can get away with being intercooled for about another 300 or so.

For reference, I made 23 passes at the track last night all at 15+psi and had not one drop of oil from my catch can. Of course that's on Total seal rings, but even when I was stock rings I got very little blowby.
